"The program gave much more than I expected and it boosted my confidence to coach anybody"

Loved every aspect of this course, the content, the resources, the exercises but most of all the mentors and my fellow students! I enrolled in this program to understand better how to coach somebody, I coached people "unofficially" for a long time, but I did not have any tool or structure for it. The program gave much more than I expected and it boosted my confidence to coach anybody, now I do believe I do have the structure, the knowledge, and the tools to do it! I was diagnosed with Cancer 3 years ago, for Medical purposes, and in some Doctor's minds, I was not supposed to last this long. I am doing great and my purpose is to show people that everybody has the ability to enjoy their days, thus enjoying their lives better. This course has given me more tools to show this to more people, These are 3 takeaways that I now believe in after the course: * You indeed can change how you react to different situations and learn ways of dealing with different stuff in your life. * You can definitely create the life you want for yourself * There are a wide variety of tools to make your life better and help make a better life for people around you.
