Before this program, I was a consultant, carrying the weight and responsibility for my client's success or failure on my shoulders because they were paying me for my expert advice, and I was telling them what to do. Through this program, I have transitioned to a true coaching role, where I am thrilled to support my clients and keep them accountable while guiding them to find their own answers. I am no longer carrying their weight on my shoulders, and they are seeing much better results. I am thankful for the MV Life Coaching Certification for re-energizing my business and my personal life.
