I have spent my life reading, studying how to live my best life, this has included science, religion, design, therapy, meditation, exercise, diet, fellowship and community. Never have I been able to find a study programme that so richly encompasses all of that learning in a format of such simplicity and importance as the Lifebook lessons. I feel ready, in fact much more than ready to make this life every inch the success and joy it can be. During the course my family relationships have improved adding to the richness and quality of my emotional and social life, I have my daughter back in my life after three years without her! I have found a loving relationship with a beautiful human being, a man I admired but since he suffered a stroke I felt unable or unwilling to reach out to him, now I have the strength of character and it has been one of my most important turning points in receiving happiness and fulfillment in my life, he is so perfect for me. All my years of study are put to use through the Lifebook course by showing me where my confidence in my wisdom can best be used towards the uplifting of other people's lives and it will be work I will love to do. Through the compass of Lifebook, I have found my North Star
